Mes 40 to dehydrate jerky?
Has anyone used a mes 40 to dehydrate jerky? I have been smoking for 2 hours then dehydrating for 5-7 hours, will the mes have enough airflow to properly dehydrate? Would be nice then I can do it all on one piece of equipment.- SDsmoker44
