I did not grab the temp in time to get a accurate reading. I left it in the smoker for an hour after the power went out to take advantage of what heat was left Like you said it did not pull apart as easy as I would have liked. The bone did not pull out easy. Had to chop the pork to get it...
2 butts in my Char Broil electric smoker, 7lbs and 6lbs cooked for 9.5 hours before power went out. Was shooting for 10.5 hours. Should it be done or should I fire up the charcoal bullet smoker to finish?
Could not find this topic. I have a Char Broil electric smoker. The Wifi version. Whenever I cook I expect to see billowing smoke but only see puffs here and there. Is that normal in these types of smokers. Chips smoke more than chunks it seems.
