    Hey mate bit slack on making my own sauce so just been using sweet baby rays hickory bbq sauce mixed with honey works real good. The rub makes it red.

    New to smoking but smoked my first rack of ribs on the weekend had some smoke issues getting good smoke as I was trying chunks and splits instead of chips but finally got it sorted came out decent and delicious in the end :)

    Yeh I could defs make up a new rub I don't think mines overly salty now so I might try two and see how that goes. Thanks for the tips on the internal temp. Do u smoke for 3hours/good internal temp and then wrap for 3? That's what I read on most things

    Yeh I was Gona fry the skin to get it crispy but it tasted good and I was to hungry haha if I was Gona serve it for dinner or something I probably would have pan fryd the skin quickly tasted good.     Hey mate seasoned my smoker yesterday and did my first smoke started with some chicken pieces I brined and then rubbed them then smoked them I had issues keeping the smoke in there but it still cooked perfect except the skin was a little rubbery was delicious tho

    I'm looking at making this sauce soon as it looks aweosme have never really made a sauce before so what is the preservation process? Does it have to cool before it's put in a jar or something? What's the shelf life like.

    Hey just joined been looking at smokers for awhile and pulled the pin today I needed a BBQ aswell so I went for the chargiller dual. Hopefully it will be good as I'm a first time smoker long time food lover haha cheers guys
