Old Country BBQ Pits Over and Under Smoker
Hi all, Newbie to the site, been smoking for a while. Just bought and over under today at academy. Has anyone figured out the purpose of the movable damper? The floor model had a welded plate but the new one has the handle. I'm thinking maybe it's to reheat the box once you've opened the smoke...- Paul A Baker
