    I vacuum marinate often, Especially with tougher cuts of meat. Usually 12-24 hours. I do taste the difference. And the cuts are more tender depending on the marinade used. I always vacuum marinate for jerky. I just use a gallon jar to put the meat and marinade. And vacuum seal the jar. Lay jar...

    If the wind is in my favor. Then I enjoy getting out and doing it. I made it easier this year switching from mow to blow. I got a extra set of rear tires so I can keep the chains on those. Those chains were a real PITA!
