Same here. A while ago Piedmontese had 5 pound boneless sirloin on sale for 85.00. And for this quality of meat. It was worth it. I only wish I would have bought more than three of them.

Been waiting to cook up some of these.
Thawed out a 5 pound roast. And got 7 thick steaks from it.
Tossed two on the Weber with charcoal and hickory chips. Pulled at 135. Rested for 10 minutes The carry over went to 142.
Plated with tri-color taters. The purple taters look charred. But...
