Hello all - I'm thinking about buying a MES40, in addition to the MAK 1 pellet smoker I already have. The reason I want it is for lower temp smokes (MAK doesn't go below 170-180), such as cheese, jerky, bacon etc. Also maybe fore some wings, jalapeno poppers and that kind of stuff.
