Brine time?
Cool thank you I used 1 cup of kosher salt and 1 cup of brown sugar to 1 gal of water, I've got it out and rinsed it down, injected it and have it on ice right now.hopefully I won't loose a lot of the brine in the next 24 hrs- Icegumby32

So there is no way to overbrine a turkey? I've got my down for 24 hrs and I will IR it tommorrow will the extra 12-18 hours hurt it??- Icegumby32
