    Freeze fattie after smoking

    I've been lurking around here for awhile. Thank you all for the great ideas. I'm feeding about a dozen guys in a few weeks and was wanting to have most of the cooking done before hand. Can I smoke up some fatties, freeze them and then warm them in the oven the day of the feast?
