    I like the speed and accuracy of the thermocouple thermometers. I picked a new one up on ebay for 50 bucks last year. They usually retail over a hundred though. Just keep a look out for a good deal!

    What's your butter to honey percentage for that glaze? Did you put them back in the smoker for an hour or just let them sit for an hour? Looks great!

    Trapper's right. If you need it thawed fast then running cold water will thaw it much faster (and safer) than the countertop at room temperature. If you have the time, thaw it in the refridgerator properly. Taking the chance with thawing it on the counter does not make sense when there are...
