Ok it's been two weeks tommorow and I think I will take a shot full and try it out Hopefully it is ready to put into secondary fermentor I think I will give it a week more or so. then break out the copper drops and into the botttles for another week then off to the fridge. dont want to rush this...
I can use it to force carbonate my brew,or I can take a liter at a time and then you got Beer to Go.It will dispense brew carbonated or not a handy little keg easy to clean up and you dont have to mess around moving a full size keg. downsize not what you want if you going to drank a lot of Brew.
It was -15 below in Indiana where I live, Now i enjoy smoking as much as the next guy but I just dont have enough wood to keep the temp up on the ole smoker

I think it's better to cabonate the natural way, for cream soda it doesn't make to big of a difference.If you open a litre of beer and don't drink it all
you can use it to put co2 pressure and it will keep your beer fresh so there are a couples of benifits to it also if you just want to try out...
I made some cream soda with the grandaughter and she didn't want to wake for it to carbonate.The home brew store wasn't open so I came up with this little project. see pics below
I used LD Carlson Breiess Dried Malt Extract Traditional dark I used about 1 1/2 cups with about half the booster.Used White lab liquid Irish Ale yeast
wlp004 also used LD Carlson yeast nutrient 2 tsp for the batch Started the batch yesterday will see how it comes out.
