    Best controller for a traeger?

I need a new controller for my Traeger. My current one is no good. It's the digital one with the P settings. I have a 2002 075. It's a beast and in great shape. Who makes the best controller for it? Anything new on the market?

    Bark on ribs

Actually my question is...How do you cook your ribs so that you don't end up with bark on them? Dove Season

I like to take a little Italian dressing with me. We throw them in a baggie with the dressing for our afternoon trip to this beach area. Then we sit them on a Jalepeno and wrap bacon around them, then off to the grill they go! Those ten go quick. If ya eat them by noon can ya go get ten more?
