Goat's guess is correct!...Whenever I cook this in the kitchen oven, 350*F is the temp setting I've always used... Have been making this recipe since back in the early '70's... Try it...It's delicious!...

The one here shows 150* at the mid-point of dial rotation, and 350* at the upper limit of the dial...no temps are shown below 150*... Seems likely it'll do what I want it to, but still testing it out...so...all the facts aren't in yet... It should fill in just fine at those times you're away...

Hi cman!... As you can see from the comments already posted, it will take some experimentation to arrive at a patricular setup that will work in your smoker!... Terry and I have worked together to get his smoker on the way to being tuned, but it still needs some adjustments to get it 'right on...

Just know that I truly appreciate the wonderful job each of you do here at the SMF!!... Yours is a MANY times thankless job, but know that the SMF would NOT be the wonderful place it is without the work that each of you do!!... My heartiest of Thank You's!!...and a BIG wave of my hat to you...
