    Ok, after brineing, I wash the bird to get acces of, get it to rm. temp. fire up the smoker . mix up some broth with the rub inject bird & rub. I use hickory & misquite

    Ok, I am doing 6-8 pints, I will give them a quick blanch in boiling hot water for 30 seconds.. Then in the Dryer..! Does anybody have a way that they did them, how long temps etc..?.. will post pics later...

    Ok, The strawberry`s are great, done in 6 hrs.! I think i could have let the bananas go a bit longer, took them out @ 6 hrs also..!..It was 1 am need to go to bed hadda be up @ 5am... next time lower the temp after 6 hrs on the bananas , let it go for a few more hrs...Ok enjoy the pics

    ok, I`m getting it going, got it on thursaday..! cut up 10 bananas, no treatment on 3 racks.. also cut up a pint of strawberries coated with splenda..!! also have it set @ 140.. see ya in 6 hrs ....

    Questions about Butt Foiling

    The one thing I do when I foil is to put in the foil pan !! This will keep all that juice for later , I heat the juice & put on the pulled pork.. What a great flavor

    I`m sorry piney , let me clarifie,, What i was trying to say is keep the smoke going till meat hits 140-150, I stoped adding wood @ 135, & let the wood smoke itself out !!
