been a while since i have been on here, or have even been able to smoke anything. i have a 4day weekend coming up planning on deer hunting and smoking.. but the question is.. what to smoke?! suggestions?

alot of guys i know swear by using bark only for the last 30-60mins of the smoke.. ive never had that much plain bark laying around so i cant confirm or deny the results.

if you can afford to go bigger then do it, you wont regret it. you will always find something else to toss on there and will be glad you have the extra space. but having a smoker is better then no smoker, so get what ever one fits your budget
