I'm on several BBQ sites on Facebook as well and I'm reading about multiple folks being scammed by this group. Two names associated with that company Tom Nicholl and Jeff Scharfhausen keep popping up as the ring leaders.

I had to call my cousin the Butcher on this one. It means one of two things either they are going to cut the brisket bone off so that it so all you have to do is cut down between the individual ribs. Or they are going to barely saw into that brisket bone so you can seperate them easier.

Just did spare ribs this morning and to my constrenation they were sorly lacking meat they were done 3.5 hours and the shallow end where like jerky..not even good jerky! the so called meaty end was barely edible.
and many more not on the list. Some good, some just don't excite my palate.
One particular place in NC I ate at claimed BBQ ribs as their specialty. After eating I asked about their smoker..like where was it as I didn't see it. Was told they don't smoke their ribs they cook em in the ovens in...
