heated gas smoker up to temp about 1630 hrs using pear wood and Jack Daniels wood chips..
Pulled Ribs at 2020 hrs very tasty... late supper...made...
I did a 5.5 lb Boston Butt today for the first time on my new vertical gas smoker..cooked for 8 hrs with cherry,mesuite and Jack Daniels wood..cooked at 225-275 and when I pulled it off I wraped it in hd foil for about 1 1/2 hrs till the side dishes were finished...tater salad,grenn bean...
New member but not new to smoking..Just killed some yard bird on an ECB with cherrywood and Jack Daniels chips...Tony Chacheres rub..we like it spicy...
