I smoked brats for the first time today. I thawed out in cold water for about 2 hrs, stored in fridge another hour or so. I cooked them at 230 for a couple hrs. Internal temp was 161. I ate a cpl, very delicious. 3 hrs later, stomach cramping. What did i do wrong?
