    Newbie question

    We have some piglets we want to pit roast. Do they need to be scaulded and scraped or just remove the hair. They are American guinea hog/ large black crosses so the skin is nlack whick will become white if scaulded and scraped. Visualky I get the idea, but is it necessary?
