    Update: I put the 8.6 on at midnight, then added the 6.2 at 2:00 am, I then check temps at 4:00am and 6:00 am, since 6:00 am I have recorded the temp every hour. Right now a bit over 12 hours later, I am sitting on 164 and 165 degrees on the butts and smoker at 240 degrees. I have had issues...

    Thats my plan to rest it Drunken, foil it and set it in a Yeti for to hours. if it gets done earlier than my plan, then i will rest it, then put it in the oven to get it warmed for serving.

    Its me again. I have been reading and looks like 1.5 per pound is good if you foil it, and around 2 hours per pound if I don't Foil it. I do not plan on foiling.     I am thinking 225 degree. I guess I am a bit confused as I am doing 2 butts, so does both Butts count as 14-15 lbs of butt or do I consider them each, as a 8 and 6 lb? (if that makes since)
