Reloading WSM for an overnight smoke
Thank you Dave. I think my idea of a full load was different from reality. I filled it completely and the fuel lasted 15 hours. Didn't try to refuel before bed. Checked a few times overnight and the temp was always between 225-235.- chutes

First post - but have been here for monthly learning from you all. Thanks for that. I'm doing my second brisket in my 22.5" WSM. First one turned out great but I started first one at 10pm so loaded new coals in the AM. For this brisket I'm starting at 6pm so I plan to refuel around 11pm before...- chutes
