    Everybody loves it. 3 of us ate the whole thing. We stuffed it with sharp cheddar but I'm thinking maybe a softer cheese next time. Wasn't sure what IT to take it off at, took it off about 170-175

    Hey all, i live in Northern New York, i currently got an MES in March and I'm lovin it. I've been tinkering with some different rubs and trying to figure out the right way to smoke certain meats. I also use the AMNPS in it. I'll be searching and reading a lot on here.
