Hey there everyone. First timer here from the Hudson Valley of NY. I just found a WSM 18.5 on Craigslist for $150 and I am driving 90 minutes to go pick it up in Connecticut tomorrow! I plan on trying a pork butt for my first smoke. Anyone want to suggest some woods for my first smoke?! -Pat -
