    I have read quite a few article on the AMPNS and have even called the manufacturer but am still having trouble.   I have no problem getting the pellets lit.  Followed the directions and it works like a charm the problem is that there isn't that much smoke produced.  I have even lighted both...

    A new smoker here in Texas.  I own a 30 MES Gen 1 (I believe control in back exhaust on top with remote). I have been lurking on this forum quite a bit and have found it amazingly helpful!!  Thanks all in advance for your hospitality for new smokers like me.
