    No Cook Venison

Who says it is a stuffed squirl? If you look directly at it you can clearly see an open wound in the mid section. This got posted on another outdoor circus forum called Nodak Angler. I was almost going to post it up here is hope to hear from some of the great minds. I've thought about different...

    Hunting And Fishing Thread!?!

Yup, I like if I can get a couple through the ice. LM through the ice are highly underrated in my opinion but they can be tough to get to bite

    Hunting And Fishing Thread!?!

Fishing Sonar for finding depth, being able to see your lure and fish next to real time. Commonly known as a flasher, Vexilar is the biggest name in this style of sonar.

What is better than a perch pile? TWO Perch Piles! After doing Christmas festivities for the 3rd time in 4 days with the In-Laws side of family the brother in law and I high tailed it for the same lake not getting there till after 1pm. This time there were 7-8 houses with not sure how many...

    Hunting And Fishing Thread!?!

Got to love a good Perch Pile. Been loving these 44in light and ultra light rods, especially fishing outside. First outing of the season at a little go to lake yesterday, had it all to myself. Got my limit and decided to call it quits to get home at a decent time and met a father with his...

    Full Rebuild Parts List?

years ago I started on one of these, mine was non digital just had the dial on the outside. After my element and dial basically went bad it was just as good to buy a new unit than mess around with getting parts, plus I think the parts were almost the price of new back then. I ended up getting...

    25 Year-Old Lang Model 60 Repairs

No expert here but I would probably just clean it good then wipe on a good coat of cooking oil then run good it to season it. When/if I ever get around to my smoker build plan I'm not painting anything inside the cook chamber, everything inside will just be getting a solid coat of cooking oil...

    When to vac seal?

I've done the same as @mneeley490 with steaks, chicken breast, salmon steaks, venison, etc and never an issue or complaint. Most times it is a last minute thaw or cook so I thaw in the bag and cook, but if you think ahead you can get the thaw stage started then remove from bag and throw in the...

    Gas Prices???

Sorry but this got long. Just want to give almost everything I have learned about the Upside App in the 3yrs. There is a bit of a pyramid scheme to it as there are offers for getting others to sign up. For instance when I first signed up for the first 30days anyone I sent a code from my app and...

    Gas Prices???

I don't check prices much around here anymore, when my work truck needs fuel I just go get some and when my personal vehicle needs fuel it is kind of the same. I actually pick my fill ups based more on where I get the better cash back on Upside App. I have been using it for coming close to 3yrs...

    2025 NFL Season Thread

Like I think I said before about the Vikes JJM can't hardly keep from getting hurt, sounds like he has a hand boo boo. As usual no mater how horrible the Giants are and how good or bad the Vikes are they will find a way to loose to NY. Trying to figure out a way to watch the game with our...

    2025 NFL Season Thread

I will be interested to see what Darnold does when it's win or go home time, has he improved off of what he was finally able to get to last year? What can he do in a win or go home situation? Granted he really got baled out by the punt return for TD and to me the Ram's D sat back on their heels...

    Crazy Wind - 65-80 Mph tossing semi’s today….

Hard to say how much snow at our place but wasn't much. Watching the old pine trees blowing around just waiting for them to land on our power line was fun. Haven’t checked recently but this afternoon the airport in Fargo reported 61mph.

    Crazy Wind - 65-80 Mph tossing semi’s today….

Hard to mentor drivers that hardly speak English. 30mph winds aren't that uncommon and one would think that if they get blown around with 30 it would click the double is bad. I get it that they probably aren't getting paid if they aren't moving but laying on their side can't pay very well either
