My smoke was a great success! My ECB needed a lot of reloading to keep the temp because the ash was covering the coals but it worked out. I got done about 1.5 hrs early and kept it nice and warm with the towel/cooler method that I found on the forum. Next step is to make some mods to the smoker... -
