Mansfield, Texas here. I use a Smoke Hollow PS4400 about once or twice a month for briskets, ribs, turkey, chicken, pork butt, and sausage. It is a great smoker for the price. Only real flaws I have found with it are the thermometer(replaced with a Bluetooth one) and the regulator doesn't go low...
