Thanks! No mods yet. Was in Lowe's earlier today, and meant to look for the high temp sealer, but the old marble didn't stay in that slot long enough. Knew I was looking for it, but just couldn't think of what it was. Oh well, gives me a reason to go back. -

Hello from the mountains of western North Carolina. Decided to add smoker/grilling to my repertoire and try my hand at cooking on a smoker/grill. Bought an OK Joe Highland smoker/grill last weekend (on sale). Went thru the seasoning process yesterday. Thinking I'll hang a dripcan on it today...
