I have a smoke hollow gas smoker 36" tall 16.5 wide and 13.5 deep couple of questions I am smoking 40lbs of pork butt 4 @10 lbs each wondering if there is a certain way I should place them in my smoker I.e bottom middle or top rack?

So I can cook all at the same time and how do you suggest I place in the smoker ? Closet to bottom?
