    Hi all, It seems impossible to find kingsford briquettes in the winter.. at least in Winnipeg.. Is there anywhere online (or in store) that you can buy bulk charcoal? Even in summer with the amount of smokes being done I am constantly running out to get a big bag.. Thanks! Jordan

    Thermopro TP20

    Hi all, Bought a TP20 in May... did a few smokes and bbq's on them... Started to do a brisket tonight and the one probe is showing 190 degrees outside when its a mild 70.... i switched the batteries.. nothing... i tried the other port.. same thing... i used a buddies probe and same thing...

    Happy Canada Day!

    Wrapped at 165* with a beer butter mixture in the foil. Pulled at 204*. Amazing Butt! Everyone loved it. Full of flavor. We ended up making fresh rolls to have with it and a vinegar base coleslaw. Great day!
