    If you mod it only put about 10 3/16 holes under the flange and soak your chips, that will get a couple hours of good smoke.

    Take off the bottom and you can see the wiring, Mine was arcing to the body. blowing the breaker, just had to repair wire and it works fine now.

    Hi Everyone I have two MES 40" smokers and one of them with the cold smoke kit(Modified) that actually works! This baby smokes way more than any pellet tube smoke generator. I do have an A-MAZE-N tube and a Charbroil tube but this mod to the cold smoke generator will have you neighbors complain...
