    Well I did 4 pork butts this weekend, and used royal oak lump charcoal with apple wood for flavor. These came out fantastic. With the PID controller and the fan i keep it closed. But when using it as a manual burner the fb opening id say about 50% or a lil more.

    That is correct just finished it this weekend and seasoned it, the dampers are restricting it too much it was able to work but not like it should those will be addressed this week. I also am considering adding in a variable speed fan to assist with the air flow.

    For some reason i can not get this to load upright. Anyways I added a side burner to the unit and propane storage. Rebuilt the firebox and other doors using a square tubing frame

    Added a way to to lock the wheels in place. Harbor freight clamps 5 bucks per clamp For some reason this last picture wont import upright, I redid it in paint then it keeps rotating.
