New to the forum
Hey everybody. New to the forum been into BBQ for about 8 yrs now. Got into it when I lived in NC for a few years. I've owned just about every kind of grill or smoker at one time or another. Currently have a rec tec pellet and a kingsford charcoal -

Are you dead set on electric? I've had just about every grill and smoker out there and for me pellet grills are the best for smoking. I have a rec tec but there are other good brands as well- vito
