New to the forum
Hello I am from Ontario Canada and having been smoking for a few years with a Dyna Glo charcoal smoker. I just bought a grinder and am going to try making pepperettes. -
Best choice of meat
I have tried it with a few types of meat and found so far that eye of round is the best. Striploin came out with a weird texture. Goodluck.- mongo95
