    First home made smoker project

    I just built an LPG fired smoker from an 80 litre vehicle LPG tank and used a 3 burner unit that has a 30Mj heating capacity. Still waiting on the thermometers to arrive but can then govern  the heat to infinitely low to the max with the 3 burner rings

    Thqnks for your comment. Bought the LPG tripple burner this morning, fitted it and the chimney/vent. Ready for making the trays and racks and then first trial bake and smoke after giving it a good burn to clean it out.
