    I have a question, been trying to find the answer. When using the ampns in the mes 30, do you leave the wood chip tray in or take it out?

    I have been on this website for the past 4 days looking up reviews and comments about the mes 30. I got one a few weeks ago from Walmart and it had great reviews. Just got my ampns in the mail today, plan on smoking some ribs soon.
