    BBQ Cooking Wood - Southeastern Illinois/Indiana

    I am trying to find a place where I can buy real BBQ Cooking woods (i.e. hickory, oak, pecan) other than the items being sold in places like Home Depot, Lowes, Cabelas and etc in the bags.  I'm cooking from the south suburbs of Chicago  Can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks

    Old Country BBQ Pits Pecos Coal Smoker

    I just received my Old Country Pecos over the weekend - I haven't used it yet because I want to get a cover and the weather isn't quite appropriate but I had some concern - My smoker appears to be a little slanted towards the chimney size - Is this normal?
