Newb getting started here
Hey all, Newb here just getting into smoking and i live in central Wisconsin. I'll be using a masterbuilt sportsman elite 30 for all of my smoking. Recently started getting into making all kinds of different venison sausages and I learned shortly that smoking was required for many of them.
