    15 hours and turned out awesome. Fed 10 guest and all were pleased. Moist tender and delicious! Recommend reading all the tips and do the probe or toothpick test

    Porksteak turned out great also used my own rub recipe dinner guests where more then wowed! I am gonna have a lot of fun with this smoker. I drive truck and my goal is to have better meals on the road and have pre-cooks for wife and kids at home. Just heat and eat. Daddy will do the long hours...

    Did 10 pounds of chicken 1/4s use Jeffs Rub turned out Awesome!!! Wife was impressed big time with the taste test . Few guest for dinner later will see what they rate it. Pork steak on now hope to have great results.
