Hey everyone. I've been grilling for years, but somewhat new to smoking. My first two times at smoking was a disaster, but the third time was not bad. I love grilling ribs and plan to experiment more with the Process. I had a Char Griller, but now using the Weber kettle.
My ribs turned out black, but the taste was really good. Not sure if I should be proud of how it looks. I place the ribs on high heat for the last few minutes.
