    I always dry wings and do them around 250 for 2-2.5 hours in an analogue ms smoker. Skin always comes out crispy. Also add some corn starch to whatever rub I use.

    Coffee filters work great and cheap and disposable. Stir occasionally l have only cold smoked with cheese and eggs.

    Depends on how the animal was harvested. If ran with dogs needs to be salt soaked. If shot and only ran a few yards shouldnt be gamey at all. Just marinate and dry or dry and smoke.

    Saw the MWG600B at sams today for $149. Can Anyone tell me if it is worth trying out for grilling and smoking. I already saw I didn’t like the cheap plastic wheels. It didn’t spend much time looking at it. Any input would be appreciated.

    Tried my hand at smoking meatloaf and wings today using my Christmas present. The wife was really impressed. A lot of knowledge on this forum. By the way I have been looking on here for a right good while and just now posting so. Hello from Virginia !
