    Before sandblasting.... After sandblasting.....ALSO...... I need to know what the dimension needs to be from the end of the RF plate to the inside of the cooking chamber needs to be.  I can't find any data on this.  Help is greatly appreciated.

    What do you mean about cutting 1/4" sheet down the metal to make 76" for the firebox?  Also, from the picture, it looks like your bottom rack is raised expanded and not flat expanded.  I'm just curious about this.  Any info would be great.

    What thickness was your angle iron for the racks?  I'm thinking 1" angle might be better.  I don't want any bowing.

    What size is the angle iron for your shelves?  looks to be 1" by 1" by 1/8" angle.  I'm worried about my shelve bending from the heat.  I would like to use 3/4" x 3/4 x 1/8".  Will that be too flimsy?

    I've had a grinding wheel stick while cutting through steel and it about ripped my arm off!  The abrasive wheel was about half the size you are using.   How fast does it cut through the steel wall of the tank?
