    Found this forum by looking for parts for GreatOutdoors gas smoker. I then rebuilt burner myself with parts from turkey fryer. Im retired smoke lots of venison jerkey but favorite is turkey jerkey. Experiment with salmon.

    I took cast iron burner from old turkey fryer and replaced entire burn unit and controls. Better than $300 for new one.
