Mostly done. I got it home, and got it up to 350 for an hour, now I've got the firebox shut down to get it back down to 225. I am going to smoke a breast today, and some abt's.
What temp are you smoking at? I am planning on doing one of these for the first time tomorrow, and just trying to get some ideas. Love the rub selection.

Today, I installed the drain, the firbox door, the exhaust stack and the rails for the food racks. I chose to use unistruts for the rails, so the racks can be slid out without falling.
