I have a backwoods party smoker for sale. It's in great shape only used 12 times. Comes with a BBQ guru as well. I live in East Tennessee. I have kept it under a covered porch. Asking $1500 OBO.
My wife found some beef ribs on sale at Walmart and I've been dying to try out my new backwoods smoker. Overall they turned out good not a lot of meat on them but they were tender.
I smoked them for 3 hours and then put them in a foil pan with beef stock and BBQ sauce for another 3 hours.
