Pretty pumped up! Got my smoker seasoned last night. Tonight I got applewood smoke rolling! ice on the bottom shelf and smoking 10lbs of cheddar, pepper jack and Gouda temp is holding at 75 degrees!
I am going to season it tonight then hopefully this weekend start smoking. Do you think a 15ft 12 gauge extension cord will be ok? I don't have an outlet near the smoker.
