Metal Shed for Smokehouse
Anybody here using a metal storage shed as a smokehouse? I am looking to build a smokehouse and trying to decide to do this or build from cedar. I will mostly be cold smoking sausage, but a friend of mine hot smokes in his metal shed. Curious if that's safe in case I decide to try that as...- wtucker
