    Hi All, I am new to the smoking forum, I was just given a "Little Chief" electric smoker. So I thought I would try a couple of rainbow trout in it. I have them in a brine this evening and will do the smoking tomorrow. I live in Victoria, on Vancouver Island in BC. The Rainbow are really biting...
