    Thanks for letting me join SMF.My name is Keith and I'm new to smoking.I live in Vernon Nj USA.I just purchased a camp chef propane water smoker.Hope to get advice since most use wood and charcoal,and not sure if the technique is the same for my smoker.I have a pork butt on now started at4am...
