Hello The Name is Lloyd (bassnutt). I live in SE Tennessee. At 54, I have grilled a long time and have smoked a little less. Have had Gas, Charcoal, and Electric smokers and grills. Do I have a preference? No, I feel the difference is in the prep, wood and length of cook. .
