    I'm going to be going on vacation to the beach in a few weeks and wanted to smoke some ribs for the family. However, our beach house only has a grill and not a smoker....and even if it did, I don't want to be tending a grill at the beach for 6+ hours. Is this a good idea, Proposal for the 1-4-1...
